Note: Do not use hardware-based keystore types when the fips parameter is set on. Setting the fips configuration parameter to on causes IBM® Guardium® Key Lifecycle Manager to use the following provider for all cryptographic functions.
  • For IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager 5.1, use OpenJCEPlusFIPS.
  • For IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager 5.0, use IBMJCEPlusFIPS.
