Upgrading: Server configuration properties

When you are installing IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager on the same host system on which the earlier version is installed, you need to provide configuration information for the WebSphere Application Server and IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager administrator of the earlier version.

WebSphere Application Server Administration

In the Application Server Administration section, specify the WebSphere Application Server administrator credentials and the password for the database user of the earlier version.
User Name
Specifies the WebSphere Application Server login user ID for IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager administrator profile.
Password
Specifies the WebSphere Application Server password for the IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager administrator profile. For more information about the supported special characters, see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/supported-special-characters-ibm-security-key-lifecycle-manager-passwords.
Password for Db2 Administrator ID on earlier version
Specifies the password for the Db2 user ID from the earlier version of IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager.

IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager Application Administration

User Name
Specifies the user ID to administer IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager.
Password
Specifies the password for the IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager administrator. For more information about the supported special characters, see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/supported-special-characters-ibm-security-key-lifecycle-manager-passwords.
Note: If LDAP was configured on the earlier version, specify credentials for an LDAP user.
HTTPS Port for V5.0
Specifies the secure port to access IBM Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager.
Default value is 9443.
