Addressing policy and regulation compliance
When you discover a policy or regulatory violation through IBM Guardium® Quantum Safe, create a ticket that includes the information directly from a report or dashboard.

Integrate your ticket tracking program with Guardium Data Security Center.
Guardium Quantum Safe can create tickets in ServiceNow and Jira. For more information, see ServiceNow ticketing configuration or Jira ticketing configuration.
Procedure
- In the Policy compliance section of the dashboard, expand the compliance issue that you want to create a ticket for.
- Click More to see more information about the
violation. The window includes the information that is sent to your ticket tracking program.
- Click Create.
