What's new in version 3.8.1
- Guardium Quantum Safe 2.0.0.1
- Apart from security fixes, Guardium Quantum
Safe has provided the following fixes:
- The user interface issue in the Custom Datasets edit view is resolved. The Business Name and Time-Driven fields now update correctly to reflect the user modifications.
- The issue in the Audit Log is fixed. ServiceNow tickets that are created are no longer incorrectly displayed as Jira tickets.
- The gqs-data-ingestion-plugin-sdk.zip package includes the sample applications that demonstrate how the data ingestion plugin sdk can be generated and configured.
- Guardium Quantum Safe 2.0.0.0
- Through Guardium Quantum
Safe 2.0.0.0, you can now discover, analyze, and recommend protection and compliance for your cryptographic assets. Guardium Quantum Safe 2.0.0.0 introduces several enhancements over Guardium Quantum
Safe 1.1. For more information about Guardium Quantum
Safe 2.0.0.0, see Guardium Quantum Safe.
- Along with out-of-the-box support for a wide variety of data sources, such as Qualys, Data Source Explorer findings, and so on, the capability to ingest data from custom sources is added. Data ingestion plug-in manager enables management of data ingestion from different sources through an administration console.
- Data can be ingested asynchronously by scheduling ingestion jobs to run at pre-defined intervals. The system automatically correlates and links relevant data sets without manual intervention, and ingestion status shows the details of the execution steps.
- Capability to retrieve source data files through multiple methods, such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), NooBaa, or by connecting directly to the data source through an API.
- Row-level access control (RLAC) ensures that each user can view only the specific data rows they are authorized to access.
- BI tool integration allows users toconfigure the preferred business intelligence tools for insights into cryptographic assets.
- Ability to export reports in CSV format provides an enhanced user experience.
- Nine out-of-the-box, domain-specific policies are added to the existing policies. You can manage these policies through the Custom Policy Wizard. Enhanced notification mechanisms for policy execution status and policy violations provide efficient policy management.
- Violation Aggregation Score helps users to assess organizational risk.
- Resilient ticketing automatically retries ticket creation in Jira or ServiceNow if the ticketing system is temporarily unavailable.

Version 3.6
- Check cluster and product health with the Guardium Data Security Center command-line utility
- Use the
guardcenter-clicommand-line utility to help ensure that clusters are functioning at an optimal level. Using this utility can help you proactively identify any issues within the cluster, and maintain and boost productivity. For more information, see System requirements for the Guardium Data Security Center command-line interface utility, Installing the Guardium Data Security Center command-line interface utility, and guardcenter-cli command reference.
- Steaming analytics outlier support
- Steaming analytics outlier support is added to detect the potential emerging risk events by
detecting the outliers from the streaming data. These changes have been made to detect the emerging
risk in near real-time:
- An Emerging risk events card is added in the Overview dashboard page, to view all the emerging risks at a glance.
- On the Risk Events page, a Dashboard tab is added, which displays the emerging findings, excess activities, and other findings. For more information, see Viewing and managing Risk Events.
- Emerging risk error report is added. For more information, see Predefined reports, tags, and data points.
