Creating a dashboard from a template

Guardium® Data Security Center provides templates for creating dashboards that support specific use cases.

Procedure

  1. From the Dashboards page, open the Dashboard menu and select Add new dashboard.
  2. Select the Use a template tab.
  3. Select a dashboard template to use for the new dashboard.
  4. Edit the template options.
    Template options include the group names and report names that are used in the dashboard as well as the dashboard name itself. These names must remain unique across dashboards, so it might be necessary to edit the default values when create multiple dashboards from the same template.
  5. User Create dashboard to save your changes and create a new dashboard from the template.
