Notes:

1. Text quality: GDDM graphics text mode 1 and mode 2 are not sized correctly because of the way the image is reduced by using a GDDM viewport. Mode 3 text is sized correctly but may be indistinct for small output GIF files.
2. MVS Batch invocation needs to run under IKJEFT01 and run with a userid that has a valid TSO profile prefix.
3. ADMMCLTB or COLORTAB for color number 0 should be used to change the background color of a converted ADMGDF file.
4. GIF is a service mark of Compuserve Inc.
