Specifying initial position of a pick device GDDM V3R2 Base Application Programming Guide SC33-0867-01 |

You can specify a primitive over which GDDM is to initially position the pick as follows:
CALL GSIPIK(1,0,SEGID,TAG);
If no GSIPIK is issued, or if the segment identifier or tag is zero, or if
the segment is invisible or nondetectable, the pick is placed at the
default initial position, which is the center of the screen.
