Function: To inquire operating state value.

Inquiry function. Returns the current operating state of GKS.

Parameters

opsta (returned by GDDM) (fullword integer)
The operating state value. The possible values are:

0 (GGKCL)

GKS closed

1 (GGKOP)

GKS open

2 (GWSOP)

At least one workstation is open; no workstation active

3 (GWSAC)

At least one workstation is active; no segment open

4 (GSGOP)

Segment open
