Do the following steps to diagnose the error:
- Go to OpenShift® Container Platform web console and check the FusionServiceInstance for the specific service and check the conditions section to find the error.
- If the issue persists, run the following oc command to check the status section and try to debug
the
error.
oc get fusionserviceinstance <instance-name-of-service> -o yaml
- If the issue still persists, do the following:
- If this occurs during Data Cataloging upgrade, Collect Data Cataloging logs and contact IBM support .
- If this occurs during Backup and Restore upgrade, Collect Backup and Restore logs and contact IBM support .
