Problem description

It indicates that the database (DB) connection has failed.

User actions

Follow the steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Check whether the CNPG operator is installed successfully.
  2. Check whether the RemoteFilesystem status is connected.
  3. Check whether all PVCs in the ibm-cas namespace in a bound state.
  4. Collect CNPG operator logs.
  5. Collect CAS logs and check whether you find any errors that are related to CAS operator.
  6. Take appropriate action based on the error or contact IBM support to resolve the issue.
