Problem description

It indicates that one or more users who are specified in the CasResourceAccessControl (CRAC) custom resource (CR) are not present in Red Hat OpenShift or the configured external identity providers depending on identity provider configuration.

User actions

Follow the steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Check the status.conditions field of the CRAC CR for the ValidatedUsers condition, which lists the users that failed validation.
  2. Ensure that the users are correctly defined in the CRAC CR.
  3. Verify that the specified users exist either in the Red Hat OpenShift cluster or the external identity provider.
