Problem description

It indicates that the CAS service failed to retrieve users from the identity provider (Red Hat OpenShift or external identity provider depending on configuration).

User actions

Follow the steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Collect CAS logs and check CAS operator pod logs to identify the cause of the failure while retrieving users from the identity provider.
  2. If external identity provider is configured, validate identity provider configuration including issuerURL, and client_id and client_secret parameters defined in the secret.
  3. Ensure that the identity provider is up and accessible to the cluster.
  4. Take appropriate action based on the error or contact IBM support to resolve the issue.
