Follow the steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Check whether query-service pods are running in the ibm-cas namespace.
  2. Check whether image is being correctly pulled. If not, check the icr.io pull-secret.
  3. Check logs in ibm-cas-operator-controller pod in the ibm-cas namespace for query service errors.
  4. Check logs in query-service pod in the ibm-cas namespace for query service errors.
  5. Check for errors in the query-service deployment in the ibm-cas namespace.
  6. Check for the presence of the ibm-cas route in the ibm-cas namespace.
  7. Take appropriate action based on the error or contact IBM support to resolve the issue.
