Problem description

It indicates that the Parade DB Cluster has failed to deploy.

Follow the steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Check whether the CloudNativePG operator is installed successfully.
  2. Check whether the Parade DB pods are running in the ibm-cas namespace.
  3. Collect CAS logs and check whether you find any errors that are related to CAS operator and CloudNativePG operator.
  4. Check the logs whether there is any other related error code.
  5. Take appropriate action based on the error or contact IBM support to resolve the issue.
