Problem description

It indicates that one or more groups that are specified in the CasResourceAccessControl (CRAC) custom resource (CR) are not present in Red Hat OpenShift or the configured external identity providers depending on identity provider configuration.

User actions

  1. Check the status.conditions field of the CRAC CR for the ValidatedGroups condition, which lists the groups that failed validation.
  2. Ensure that the groups are correctly defined in the CRAC CR.
  3. Verify that the specified groups exist either in the Red Hat OpenShift cluster or the external identity provider.
