IBM Storage Scale service is not active on storage or non-storage pods .

Severity

Critical

Do the following steps to diagnose the problem:

Run the following command to change the project to ibm-spectrum-scale.
```
oc project ibm-spectrum-scale
```
Run the following command to get the pods in the ibm-spectrum-scale namespace.
```
oc get pods -n ibm-spectrum-scale
```
Run the following command on the scale core pod that is in a running state for remote terminal connection.
```
oc rsh <podname>
```
Run the following command to check the scale service state on all scale core pods.
```
mmgetstate -a
```
