Problem description

It indicates that the CSI pods are not up and in a running state. All CSI pods must be in running state for a successful upgrade.

Recommended actions

Do the following steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Run the following command to get the list of pods in the ibm-spectrum-scale-csi namespace.
    oc get pods -n ibm-spectrum-scale-csi
  2. Wait until all CSI pods are in the running state.
  3. If the issue persists for a long time, then collect the Global Data Platform logs and contact IBM support .
