Problem description

The node Pidslimits is set to a value less than 12228, which is the minimum required value for the Global Data Platform to run on IBM Fusion HCI System. It results in a non-functional storage cluster that impacts the applications that require storage.

Recommended actions

Do the following steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Follow steps 1 to 4 to apply kubeletconfig. It ensures the pidslimits are as expected on nodes.
  2. After the Pidslimit is set correctly, the upgrade precheck detects the fix and resumes upgrade automatically.
