It indicates that the storage cluster status is unhealthy and IBM Fusion cannot move a node to maintenance mode. Proceed with node maintenance or firmware upgrade only when the storage cluster is healthy.

Do the following steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:

Check the current storage cluster type.
- If the storage cluster type is IBM Storage Scale or IBM Storage Scale ECE, then see IBM Storage Scale documentation to resolve the issue.
- If the storage cluster type is Data Foundation, then see Data Foundation documentation to resolve the issue.
Retry the firmware upgrade after the storage cluster turns to a healthy state.
