Do the following steps to diagnose the error:
- Verify that the backup storage location is available and has sufficient capacity.
- Check and correct the issue that caused the backup to fail, and then re-attempt the backup.
- If the issue persists, then collect Backup and Restore logs logs and contact IBM support .
