Do the following steps to resolve the error:
  1. Check whether the kube-root-ca.crt confimap in the kube-public namespace contains the correct CA certificate.
  2. If it does not contain the correct CA certificate, then put the correct CA certificate in the configmap.
  3. If the issue persists, then collect Storage logs and contact IBM support .
