Installing IBM Storage Fusion HCI System in a disaster recovery setup

Use the sequence mentioned in this procedure to install IBM Storage Fusion HCI System with Metro-DR setup.

Before you begin

For general Metro-DR prerequisites, see General Metro-DR prerequisites.
For tiebreaker prerequisites, see Preparing the tiebreaker.

Important: Contact IBM support before you begin the installation of Metro-DR deployment.

Procedure

Install site 1.

Upgrade site 2.
For the procedure to install, see the single rack installation procedure in Installing IBM Storage Fusion HCI System.
For Metro-DR, set up the Tiebreaker. For the tiebreaker procedure, see Preparing the tiebreaker.

What to do next
