The CA certificate of the remote cluster is not correct.

Do the following steps to resolve the error:
  1. Check if the confimap kube-root-ca.crt in namespace kube-public has the right CA. If not, put the right CA in this configmap.
  2. If the issue persists, then collect Storage logs and contact IBM support .
