Problem description
It indicates that the IBM Storage Scale operator is failed to scale down. The IBM Storage Scale is not scaled down for a successful upgrade.
User actions
Do the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Check the IBM Storage Scale operator pod logs
for errors in scaling down of the operator and take an appropriate action.
The upgrade operation resumes automatically after the issue is resolved.
- If the issue persists for a long time, then collect the Global Data Platform logs and contact IBM support.
