Unable to check DNS resolution for the registry.

Problem description

Unable to determine whether the DNS resolution for the image registry is successful or not. It might block the upgrade due to image pull failures.

User actions

Do the following steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Check whether the image registry is used to host images for either IBM Fusion or any of its data service services or firmwares.
  2. If the image registry hosts any of images, then manually verify that each cluster node can resolve registry hostname to its IP since this registry will be used to pull images during upgrade and upgrade fails if the registry hostname cannot be resolved.
  3. If any node cannot resolve the hostname, fix that issue.
