Problem description

It indicates the system performance may be degraded. The device has failed to respond to a transaction (source/ target abort or completion timeout).

User actions

Do the following steps to diagnose the error:
  1. If you have enabled Call Home feature, then the system automatically collects system health check collection set logs and raises a Call Home ticket.
  2. If you have not enabled Call Home feature, collect the Nodes and System health check logs and contact IBM support .
