Problem description

It indicates the fan is not performing optimally. The fan may be installed improperly or may be failing. Fan speeds may have increased to protect the system.

User actions

Do the following steps to diagnose the error:
  1. If you have enabled Call Home feature, then the system automatically collects system health check collection set logs and raises a Call Home ticket.
  2. If you have not enabled Call Home feature, collect the Nodes and System health check logs and contact IBM support .
