Upgrading a disaster recovery setup

Use this procedure to upgrade IBM Fusion HCI with Metro-DR setup.

About this task

In Metro-DR upgrade, you must follow the upgrade of sites in the specified order.

In IBM Fusion HCI release, multi rack is only supported with Data Foundation storage and not with Global Data Platform.

Important: Contact IBM support before you begin the upgrade of Metro-DR deployment.

Procedure

  1. Upgrade site 1.

  2. Upgrade site 2.
