IBM Maximo® on Hosted Control Plane

Use the IBM Maximo® IBM Operator catalog and monthly updates for the latest information about the Fusion operator.

If you plan to use IBM Maximo® in Hosted Control Plane with IBM Fusion you must deploy Fusion operator and Fusion Services by logging into the Hosted Control Plane cluster and use the following procedure:

Install IBM Fusion on Bare Metal. See Installing IBM Fusion.
Install Fusion Data Foundation. See Installing Fusion Data Foundation on the hosted cluster.
Install Backup & Restore Spoke. See Backup & Restore .

Install

The CLI is the preferred way to install as it provides an automated deployment for this type of workload. For more information, see Maximo KC and MAS CLI.

Tip: To customize IBM Maximo® Applications Suite instances with extra features that might be unavailable in IBM Maximo® Applications Suite CLI, you can use ansible-devops for advanced configuration. For more information, see Maximo Application Suite Devops Ansible Collection.
