Found a failed OLM job in namespace.

Problem description

It indicates that there is a failed OLM job is identified in the namespace and it might cause issues when you upgrade the service.

User actions

Investigate and resolve the cause of job failure and then delete the configmap of each job linked in the event message. Each failed job contains a corresponding configmap in the same namespace with the same name, and removing the configmap also removes its related job.
