Problem description

It indicates that there is an OADP subscription found outside of the Backup & Restore namespace that is not at a compatible version. For Backup & Restore version 2.10, the OADP version must be at 1.4.x. If there is an OADP operator installed outside of the Backup & Restore namespace that is not at 1.4.x, then it can cause conflicts and failures as Backup & Restore try to upgrade its own OADP to 1.4.0.

Upgrade the other OADP installation to the version 1.4.x.
