Problem description

It indicates that there is an AMQ subscription found outside the Backup & Restore namespace is not at a compatible version. For Backup & Restore version 2.10, the AMQ version must be at 2.9.x. If there is an AMQ operator that is installed outside the Backup & Restore namespace is not at 2.9.x, then it can cause conflicts and failures as Backup & Restore try to upgrade its own AMQ to 2.9.0.
