Storage cluster does not turn healthy after a node firmware upgrade.

It indicates that the storage cluster (Data Foundation or IBM Storage Scale ECE) state is unhealthy after the node rejoined the OpenShift® Container Platform cluster because of a firmware upgrade.

Do the following steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:

Wait for the storage cluster to turn healthy.
Check the current storage cluster type.
- If the storage cluster type is IBM Storage Scale or IBM Storage Scale ECE, then see IBM Storage Scale documentation to resolve the issue.
- If the storage cluster type is Data Foundation, then see Data Foundation documentation to resolve the issue.
