Failed to move a node out of maintenance mode after the firmware upgrade.

It indicates that the node cannot be moved out of maintenance mode. It can happen whenever the ComputeMaintenance CR instance deletion does not succeed.

Diagnostics and Resolution

Check whether the instance of a ComputeMaintenance CR is present in the ibm-spectrum-fusion-ns namespace and delete it manually. After the ComputeMaintenance CR is deleted successfully, the node comes out of the maintenance mode automatically.
