Internal commands

Use internal commands to control a CLI session when working in multi-command mode or non-transactional command-file mode. Internal commands cannot be used when working in transactional command-file mode. Although internal commands are processed when working in single-command mode, they have no effect and it does not make sense to issue them, because the session to which they apply is terminated as soon as the command is executed.

For a list of return codes, see CLI return codes for all commands.
