Problem determination
This section describes how to diagnose problems experienced
while using FTM SWIFT.
The most common problem indicators are contained in:
- CLI responses to requests
- Event data returned by the list command
- Event messages that are sent to a monitor
- Messages that are sent to the syslog
- The SAG Add-On error log:
- AIX®
- The SAG Add-On error log file /var/tmp/dnfxssao.stderr.
- RHEL x86
- The SAG Add-On log file dnfrssao.log in the SAG Add-On installation directory.
- Solaris
- The SAG Add-On log file dnfsssao.log in the SAG Add-On installation directory.
- Windows
- The error events in the Application Log of the Event Viewer. To open this log, right-click the Start button and select .
