Batch (ICL) limit checking

All applicable batch (ICL) limits are checked. If a batch (ICL) limit causes the batch (ICL) to be rejected, no further checking is done for the batch (ICL) or any transactions within the batch (ICL).

Returning a transaction that is in a rejected or suspended batch (ICL) does not affect batch (ICL) limit checking. The total credit or debit amount of the batch (ICL) is not reduced by the amount of the returned transaction.
