Distribution User Interface

Some troubleshooting information for the Distribution user interface is provided in this section.

The scheduler entry on the overview screen is shown in red
The queues on the overview screen are yellow or red
The Distribution user interface displays an error screen saying the web application is unavailable
The user interface receives a communication error: CORBA OBJECT_NOT_EXIST
The Distribution tab is not visible after the user logs in
The Distribution build information is not visible on the about screen
Some of the transmissions have an -- unavailable -- deadline
The outbound batches / ICLs page has red entries that are in the queue error status
