Optional Fields

If a TIFF field is optional, do not test to require the field be present. Do this by omitting the mandatory tag test. When an optional field is absent, TIFF Validation produces no failures or warnings for that field. When an optional field is present, TIFF Validation performs the specified tests and produces the appropriate failures and warnings.
