Processing Window Activities page

The processing window activities page displays the active processing window activities. All of the time fields that are displayed on the page are shown in the time zone that is specified in the Operational Time Zone property.

Columns

The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table. To sort a column, click its column header. Only one column can be sorted at a time.

Column name	Description
Selection control	The first column is used to select one or more processing window activities from the list. Selecting the check mark in the table header selects all of the processing window activities in the list.
Window name	The name of the processing window that this processing window activity uses as its configuration.
Business day	The business day that was activated to open this processing window.
Receipt cutoff time	The time at which items are no longer included in this processing window activity.
Status	The status of the processing window activity. Valid values for the status are shown in the following list. Open The business day for the active processing window was activated. Indefinitely Extended The receipt cut-off time for either the active processing window or a participant window override stays open indefinitely. Late At least one outbound transmission does not meet the release criteria for the active processing window. Criteria Timed Out The release criteria were not met before the number of retries specified in the Reschedule cutoff max retry count parameter was exceeded. Closed All of the outbound transmissions for the active processing window met the release criteria. Build Timed Out All of the outbound transmissions for the active processing window were not built before the number of retries specified in the Reschedule cutoff max retry count parameter was exceeded. Built All of the outbound transmissions for the active processing window have been built. Release Timed Out All of the outbound transmissions for the active processing window were not sent before the number of retries specified in the Reschedule cutoff max retry count parameter was exceeded. Complete All of the outbound transmissions for the active processing window have been built and sent.
Overrides	The number of participants that overrode this processing window activity with their own receipt cut-off times.
Distribution cutoff time	The distribution cut-off time for the processing window. This time indicates when the building process, assuming that the building criteria is met, is started for the transmissions.
Delivery time	The time that Distribution is to start delivering the transmissions. If the transmissions are not delivered, the processing window is considered to be late.
Reschedule cutoff count	The number of times that the distribution cut-off time was rescheduled.

Actions

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.

Open documentation displays the help page.
Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the processing window activities that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those processing window activities that match what was typed in the search field.
Refresh redisplays the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to existing records.
Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the page.
Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
Select all selects all the rows in the table.
Create displays the processing window activity page.
Reschedule displays a page that allows the user to reschedule the receipt cut-off time for the selected processing window activity. Only one processing window activity can be selected for this action.
Deliver Transmissions delivers the transmissions for the processing window activities that were selected by using the selection control column. Any transmissions that are not already built, are built and delivered. A confirmation dialog box opens when this action is selected.
Restart Polling restarts polling for the processing window activities that were selected by using the selection control column. Distribution restarts its checking of the criteria that determines whether transmissions are ready to be built for a processing window activity. A confirmation dialog box opens when this action is selected.
Force Complete forces the status to be set to complete for the processing window activities that were selected by using the selection control column. Use this action only for processing window activities that are really complete because it stops the processing for the selected processing window activities. Transmissions are no longer released for the selected processing window activities. A confirmation dialog box opens when this action is selected.
Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
