Runtime use of the active priority control configuration

When a repair page is displayed, an active priority control configuration is used to select and order a list of items for an operator to repair. The list is sent to the browser of the repair operator.

To identify the items for a repair operator, any filtering criteria in the active configuration are used. The filtering criteria are run in the defined order until the number of items to load is reached. The number of items to load is configurable and has a range of 1 - 100. The default is 10.

The default criterion ensures that all items are sent for repair. If all of the optional criteria are run and they select fewer items than the number of items to load, the default criterion is run to select the remaining items. The required number of items is taken from this set and sent to any operator in the authorized group.
Note: When you create a priority control configuration, it is important to specify one or more groups in the default authorization phrase to ensure that repair items are sent to repair operators.
