UTL339E Error in OS call 'recv': WSArc = xxx

The possible errors are shown in the following list:

• The network subsystem failed.
• The socket was shut down.
• The message was too large to fit into the specified buffer and was truncated.
• The virtual circuit was stopped due to a timeout or other failure.
• The connection was dropped because of a network failure.
• The connection was dropped because the peer system failed to respond.
• The virtual circuit was reset because the remote side ran a hard close.
