Explanation

Business Rules Server

During table look ups, the Business Rules Server requires the keys to be set. If the keys are not set, an error condition occurs and the Business Rules Server ends the client connection. This problem is usually a setup problem.

Business Rules Server can be configured to disable the automatic termination of the client connection and treat this condition as a failed lookup. In the data XML descriptor for the table, add ignoreBadKey=true to the dataDescriptor line.

Operator response

Use this message and the other information that is logged to diagnose and correct the setup problem. Or, disable automatic termination of the client connection. Contact IBM® Support if the problem cannot be resolved.
