Export Worksheet Format

Most cross reference workbooks have an export worksheet. It identifies the database tables from which data is exported and the order in which the data is exported. The worksheet also contains other attributes for the export operation.

Table 1 shows the export worksheet columns that are present for each row in the worksheet. The user should only modify the export column. Consult IBM® Support before modifying any of the other columns.

Column Description
Export Sheet Name The name of the worksheet in the configuration data workbook to which the configuration data is exported. The worksheet is created by the export operation.
Export Indicates if the data should be exported.
The valid values are:
Y
The configuration data associated with this cross reference row is exported.
N
The configuration data associated with this cross reference row is not exported.
Map Sheet Name The name of the map workbook worksheet to use with the worksheet specified in the export sheet name column.
Query SQL The SQL select statement that is used to retrieve the configuration data that is exported to the worksheet.
