Edit CCWU Page
The edit CCWU page allows the user to edit existing cost center
work unit amounts. To navigate to this page, select the view details
icon on the cost center work unit page and then select the edit icon.
Note: If the cost center work unit is not set up to be editable,
none of the fields on this page can be edited.
Edit CCWU Columns
The following table displays column details.

| Report Line | The line number on which the transaction appears in the settlement report |
| Debit | Description of the debit item |
| Amount | The amount of the debit item |
| Credit | Description of the credit item |
| Amount | The amount of the credit item |
Edit CCWU Fields
The view cost center work unit page has the following fields:

fields are indicated with an asterisk.
- Code
- Code for this cost center work unit
- Description
- Informative description for this cost center work unit
- Debit Total
- Total for the debit amount column
- CCWU Difference
- Difference between the debit amount total and the credit amount total
- Credit Total
- Total for the credit amount column
- CCWU Total
- Cost center work unit total
Actions
The available actions for this page are:
- Open documentation opens the help page.
- Cancel edit mode icon, which returns to the view cost center work unit page. All unsaved changes are lost.
- Save, which saves the cost center work unit and returns to the cost center work
unit page. Note: If the cost center work unit is not set up to be editable, selecting Save only refreshes the edit CCWU page.
- Cancel, which returns to the cost center work unit page. All unsaved changes are lost.
