Archive Task Troubleshooting

This section describes problems that may occur while using the inbound and outbound archive tasks.

Unable to register the task
The task is generating an incorrect data file name
After the outbound archive task is run, it is not seen in the task activity
End of day task is not invoked
The generated XML file does not contain any data
Output file name is incorrect
Crystal Reports are not being generated
