Accounting Extract Task Troubleshooting

This section covers problems that may occur while using the accounting extract task.

Unable to register the task
The task is generating an incorrect data file name
After running the accounting extract task, it is not seen in the task activity
End of day task is not invoked
After running the task, only one file in the target directory is visible
The generated XML file does not contain any data
Output file name is incorrect
Purge is not invoked
Crystal Reports is not invoked
No record found in the system
The transmission definition size needs to be greater than defined size limit
