Service subscriptions page
The service subscriptions page displays all of the service subscriptions for the participant.
Service subscriptions page fields
The page has the fields that are shown in the following list. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
- Service code *
- The service code that the participant is subscribed to.
- Service type
- The service type of the service code.
- Description
- A description of the service code.
- Billing Indicator
- Indicates whether the service is billable.
- Use service provider
- Indicates whether the participant is to go through a service provider for the service.
- Delivery Format
- The format of the transmission to build when it is sent for delivery.
- Connection
- The connection ID to use when the transmission is sent for delivery.
- Service Provider
- The participant that is providing the service.
- Frequency
- The frequency at which the treasury master file is delivered.
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
- Create opens the Create Service Subscription dialog box.
- Refresh updates the displayed service subscriptions.
- Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the service subscriptions that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those service subscriptions that match what was typed in the search field.
- Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
- Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the service subscriptions page.
- Open documentation opens the help page.
- Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
- Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
- A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
- Select all selects all the rows in the table.
- Delete or deletes the selected service subscriptions.
- Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
