Expected Transmissions page

This page is displayed by selecting the sender expected transmissions preference for a participant. It shows a list of the expected transmissions for the participant.

Columns

The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table.

Column name or function Description
Selection control The first column is used to select one or more expected transmissions from the list. Selecting the box in the table header selects all of the expected transmissions in the list.
Description A descriptive label for this expected transmission.
Business category The user specified business category for this expected transmission.
Transmission type The transmission type of this expected transmission.
Expected time The time at which this transmission is expected.
Affects end of day Indicates whether the expected transmission affects the end of day processing.
Distribution window The name of the distribution window used for this expected transmission.

Actions

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
  • Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
  • Create displays the Create Expected Transmission dialog box to add a transmission.
  • Refresh redisplay the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to the existing records.
  • Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the expected transmissions that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those expected transmissions that match what was typed in the search field.
  • Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
  • Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the expected transmissions page.
  • Open documentation opens the help page.
  • Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
  • Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
  • A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
  • Select all selects all the rows in the table.
  • Delete or Option > Delete deletes the selected expected transmissions.
  • Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
