Children page

The page has the fields that are shown in the following list. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.

ID *

The children participant ID.

Name *

The name of the child participant.

Type *

The child's relationship type to the parent participant.

Valid values are Merged, Secondary, and Renumbered.

Use parent's ID *

Specify for the child to use the parent's participant ID.

Automatically Create NOCs

Indicate whether the child should create NOCs.

Rollup billing

The child's billing is rolled up to the parent participant.

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.

• Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
• Children Date selection field, where you can select a date to view the participant's children.
• Refresh updates the displayed children.
• Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the children that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those children that match what was typed in the filter field.
• Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
• Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the children page.
• Open documentation opens the help page.
• Activate activates the changes for the participant.
• Discard discards the changes for the participant.
• Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
• Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
